Cancellations

At West Tamar Physiotherapy we understand that life happens. If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment please call our office as soon as possible to reschedule for another time. We are a busy healthcare provider and require at least 48-hours notice to give other clients a chance to visit us in place of your cancellation. If less than 48-hours notice is given, you may be charged a cancellation fee for the appointment.

COVID-19

With COVID-19 still prevalent in our community, we ask that you are aware of any potential signs and symptoms before attending your appointment. This helps to ensure we are able to maintain client safety. If any of the following applies to you prior to an upcoming appointment, please ring our office to determine the best course of action:

• You are a close contact of a COVID-positive case
• You suspect you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 or influenza
• You have developed symptoms
• You are COVID-positive

This applies to clients being seen in any of our clinics, at home and / or in the community.
