Meet Our Professional and Friendly Staff
B.App.Sci.Physiotherapy Maggie graduated from the West Australian Institute of Technology in 1981. She has worked in a variety of fields, but her main interest is in Neuro Physiotherapy and Pediatrics. Maggie has worked in the West Tamar for 20 years and is committed to supporting small businesses in this great region. Maggie is also an accredited PD Warrior trainer and Licensee.
Emma Meumann – Emma has been a physiotherapist since 2011 and has a special interest in lymphedema management and Dry Needling. She currently works with us 1 day per week (Thu) at our Exeter office. Emma has a love for musculoskeletal Physio.
Adam Torlach – Adam graduated from the University of Queensland with a Master of Physiotherapy Studies (2017) after previously completing a Bachelor of Exercise Science at UTAS (2015). Adam believes in a thorough & holistic treatment approach that is specific to each individual client. To this end, he treats clients in a range of contexts including in the clinic, home visits and hydrotherapy.
Leisa Williams – Leisa wears several different hats for West Tamar Physiotherapy: she looks after the bulk of the reception duties, runs Aquatic Exercise Classes twice weekly at the Gravelly Beach Pool, and also assists at other classes, such as our PD Warrior class at LAC, Beaconsfield Exercise class and our Neuro-Strength class at Riverside.
